Business:
Minutes from the September meeting were read and accepted.
The October meeting was cancelled due to vacation schedules and lack of business.
Tolland was certified by the DOR on October 26, 2009 with a tax rate of $4.78.
Four Motor Vehicle abatements were granted.
One Personal Property abatement was granted.
One Real Estate abatement was discussed. Site visit will be necessary for all abatement applications.
